Design & Consultation
Do you offer free design consultations?
Yes. Every client gets a complimentary design consultation where we discuss your idea, placement, size, style, and pricing before any work begins.
Can I bring my own design?
Absolutely. Bring a reference image or sketch and our artist will adapt it to work perfectly for your body placement and skin tone.
Do I get to see the design before we start?
Yes. You will always receive a custom sketch for approval before the tattoo session begins. We don't start inking until you're 100% happy with the design.

Preparation
How should I prepare for my tattoo appointment?
- Eat a proper meal 1–2 hours before your session
- Drink plenty of water the day before and day of
- Avoid alcohol and blood thinners (Aspirin, Ibuprofen) for at least 24 hours
- Moisturize the area in the days leading up to the appointment (not on the day itself)
- Get a good night's sleep
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the area being tattooed. Dark-coloured clothes are recommended in case of any ink splatter.
Can I use numbing cream before my session?
We generally advise against it. Numbing creams can change the texture of the skin, making it harder for the artist to work and potentially affecting how the tattoo heals. If you're worried about pain, discuss it with your artist during your consultation.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, you may bring one guest. They will need to remain in the waiting area during the actual tattoo session for hygiene and space reasons.
Pain & The Tattoo Process
Does getting a tattoo hurt?
There will be some discomfort — it varies depending on the body area. Areas over bone (ribs, spine, elbows) tend to be more sensitive, while areas with more muscle (upper arm, thigh, calf) are generally more tolerable. Most clients describe the sensation as a warm scratching feeling.
How long does a tattoo session last?
- Small tattoos: 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Medium tattoos: 2–4 hours
- Large or detailed pieces: 4–8 hours (may be split across multiple sessions)
Can I take breaks during the session?
Of course. For longer sessions, we build in natural breaks for stretching, water, and snacks. Just let your artist know whenever you need a pause.
Aftercare & Healing
How long does a tattoo take to heal?
- Surface healing: 2–3 weeks (the tattoo will scab, peel, and flake — this is normal)
- Full healing: 3–4 months for the deeper layers of skin to fully regenerate
What is the aftercare process?
- Remove the bandage after 2–4 hours (or follow Saniderm instructions if applied)
- Wash gently with lukewarm water and unscented antibacterial soap
- Pat dry with a clean paper towel — never use a cloth towel
- Apply a thin layer of fragrance-free moisturizer 2–3 times daily
- Do not scratch, pick, or pull at peeling skin
My tattoo is peeling and itchy — is that normal?
Yes, completely normal. Peeling and itching are signs of healthy healing. Do not scratch or pick at the flaking skin. If it itches, gently tap or slap the area.
Can I go swimming after getting a tattoo?
No. Avoid swimming pools, oceans, hot tubs, and saunas for at least 3 weeks. Submerging a fresh tattoo in water can cause infections and ink fallout.
Can I work out after getting a tattoo?
Avoid heavy exercise for the first 5–7 days. Excessive sweating and skin stretching can damage the healing tattoo.
When can I apply sunscreen on my tattoo?
Only after the tattoo is fully healed (3–4 weeks minimum). Once healed, always apply SPF 50 sunscreen whenever the tattoo is exposed to the sun. UV exposure is the number one cause of tattoo fading.
Health & Safety
What hygiene practices do you follow?
- All studios are ISO-9001 certified
- All needle cartridges are 100% single-use and disposable
- Workstations are wrapped in medical-grade barrier film
- All surfaces are sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants between every client
- Artists wear fresh gloves for every session
- All equipment is autoclaved (steam-sterilized) before use
What kind of ink do you use?
We use only FDA-approved, vegan, cruelty-free, and hypoallergenic tattoo pigments from internationally trusted brands.
Can I get tattooed if I have a medical condition?
If you have diabetes, epilepsy, a heart condition, a bleeding disorder, or are on blood thinners or immunosuppressants, please consult your doctor first. We may require a medical clearance letter.
Can I get tattooed while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. We do not tattoo or pierce anyone who is currently pregnant or breastfeeding, as a precautionary health measure.
What is the minimum age requirement?
You must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID.
Cover-Ups
Can you cover up an old tattoo?
Yes, we specialize in cover-up tattoos. The cover-up design typically needs to be 2–3 times larger than the original tattoo and will use techniques like heavy shading, texture, and darker tones to conceal the existing ink.
Will I need laser fading before a cover-up?
Not always. If the original tattoo is very dark or heavily saturated, your artist may recommend a few sessions of laser fading to lighten the old ink first. This opens up more design options for the cover-up. We will assess this during your free consultation.
How much does a cover-up tattoo cost?
Cover-ups start from approximately ₹8,000 and go up depending on the size of the original tattoo and the complexity of the new design.
Piercings
What piercing services do you offer?
We offer a full range of professional piercings:
- Ear: Lobe, Helix, Tragus, Conch, Industrial, Daith, Rook
- Facial: Nose, Septum, Eyebrow, Medusa, Lip
- Body: Belly Button, Tongue
What metal is used for piercings?
We use only implant-grade titanium and surgical stainless steel — both are highly biocompatible and minimize the risk of allergic reactions.
How long does a piercing take to heal?
Healing times vary by placement:
- Ear Lobes: 6–8 weeks
- Cartilage (Helix, Tragus, Conch): 6–12 months
- Nose (Nostril): 4–6 months
- Septum: 2–3 months
- Belly Button: 6–12 months
When can I change my piercing jewelry?
Wait until the piercing is fully healed before changing jewelry. Changing too early can cause irritation, infection, or rejection. If your jewelry needs to be downsized after swelling goes down, visit the studio so a professional can do it safely.
Do I need an appointment for a piercing?
Walk-ins are welcome for piercings, subject to availability. For faster service, booking ahead is recommended.
